Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately documenting service requests, and coordinating with our automotive technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs
- Coordinate with automotive technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions
- Assist with inventory management of automotive parts and supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or related field is a plus
